Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Important Payment and Refund Terms
All orders must be paid in full before any refund can be processed. Refunds cannot be issued for unpaid or partially paid orders under any circumstances.
Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment. We are unable to arrange collection from your location. You may use any courier service of your choice.
Shipping Charges and Refund Deductions
If your original order qualified for free shipping because it exceeded our free-shipping threshold, and a returned item reduces the final order value below that threshold, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
For example, if returning an item causes the remaining order value to fall below the free-shipping minimum, our standard shipping fee of Rs. 500 will be subtracted from the refund amount.
Return shipping costs may be covered by us only where explicitly agreed in writing before the return is sent.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
